1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Shivaganga Tours website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our services, including but not limited to booking tour packages, making payments, and participating in our travel programs.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Booking Process

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • You must provide accurate personal information for all travelers.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving full payment or the required advance payment.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets).
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST (5%).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed.
Important: Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, any changes or cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee
  • 15-29 days before departure: 75% refund
  • 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund

3.2 Cancellation by Company

In rare circumstances where we need to cancel a trip due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, government restrictions, minimum group size not met), you will receive:

  • Full refund of the amount paid, OR
  • Option to reschedule to another date at no extra cost

3.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Travel Requirements

  • All travelers must carry valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License).
  • For certain destinations, additional permits may be required.
  • Travelers are responsible for their own health and fitness for the journey.
  • Travel insurance is recommended for all pilgrimage tours.
  • Senior citizens (65+) must provide a medical fitness certificate.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shivaganga Tours acts as a facilitator and is not liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations due to weather, strikes, natural calamities, or government orders
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Medical emergencies during the trip
  • Quality of third-party services (hotels, restaurants, transport)
  • Personal injuries or accidents during the tour

6. Code of Conduct

All travelers are expected to:

  • Respect local customs, traditions, and religious practices
  • Follow instructions given by tour guides and managers
  • Not engage in any illegal activities
  • Not consume alcohol or non-vegetarian food during pilgrimage tours
  • Maintain decorum at religious sites and dress appropriately
Note: We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any traveler whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without any refund.

7. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Road conditions or closures
  • Temple/shrine closure or special darshan timings
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, we will try our best to provide equivalent alternatives.
