Booking & Payments

How do I book a pilgrimage package?
Simply browse our packages, select your preferred one, choose the number of travelers, fill in the required details, and make the payment. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after successful payment.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and mobile wallets. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Is it safe to make online payments?
Yes, absolutely! All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. We use Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant and trusted by millions of businesses in India.
Can I pay in installments?
Currently, we require full payment at the time of booking. However, for group bookings of 10+ travelers, we offer a 50% advance option. Contact us for more details.
What is included in the package price?
Package inclusions vary, but typically include transportation, accommodation, meals (as specified), guide services, and temple darshan assistance. Check individual package details for specific inclusions.

Cancellation & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by package. Generally: 100% refund if cancelled 15+ days before departure, 50% refund for 7-14 days, and no refund within 7 days. Check specific package terms for details.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 days.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, rescheduling is possible up to 10 days before departure, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply. Contact our support team for assistance.
What if the trip is cancelled by MyTravel?
In the rare event we cancel a trip (due to natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Travel & Documents

What documents do I need for the pilgrimage?
You need a valid government ID (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) for all travelers. Some destinations may require additional permits which we help arrange.
Is there an age limit for travelers?
Most packages are suitable for all ages. However, some trekking packages (like Kedarnath, Amarnath) have age and fitness requirements. Check individual package details.
What should I pack for the pilgrimage?
Pack comfortable clothing suitable for temple visits, walking shoes, medications, sun protection, and personal items. We provide detailed packing lists before departure.
Are special arrangements available for senior citizens or differently-abled travelers?
Yes! We offer doli/palkhi services, wheelchair assistance, and special accommodations. Please mention your requirements at the time of booking.

During the Trip

Will there be a guide or tour manager?
Yes, all our packages include experienced tour managers who accompany you throughout the journey to assist with logistics, darshan, and any issues.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
We accommodate Jain, diabetic, and other dietary requirements. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can make necessary arrangements.
What happens in case of a medical emergency?
Our tour managers are trained in basic first aid. We also have tie-ups with hospitals in pilgrimage locations. Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers.
Can I extend my stay at the destination?
Yes, you can extend your stay independently. Inform our team, and we can help arrange additional accommodation at your own cost.
